On-going Assessment

We will provide the following on a monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly basis. All reports will be in person.

System review including benchmarks:

  • Review EOBs; office, billing, and collection procedures; collection rates; employee effectiveness; error submission rates; co-pay and deductibles; insurance and HIPAA privacy and security updates.
  • Review all follow up items, check list of all departments and functions.
  • Phone availability of PM Group personnel during business hours.
  • Review of monthly reports regarding staff accountability.
  • Staff education support, including using software properly, ICD-9 and CPT codes.
  • Recommendations as necessary.
