Assessment Procedures
The benefits of a practice analysis show physicians, managers, and staffs how to improve performance so that the practice achieves its goals.

We will provide the following:
- Evaluation of all printed office forms used by the practice, including, but not limited to, staff evaluations, insurance contracts, and policy and procedure manual.
- Conduct an on-site assessment.
- Meet with each department to evaluate its strengths and weaknesses.
- Evaluate each employee for his/her skills and effectiveness.
- Observe each department function and each employee's performance. For instance: front desk, coding and billing personnel.
- Conduct a chart review.
- Meet with physician for his/her assessment of practice strengths and weaknesses.
- Evaluate all information gathered during the on-site assessment and make recommendations.
- Present the recommendation to physician and practice management in person.
